Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Summary
Provides participant care and related support. Documents accurately into participants chart based on skill level and follows center guidelines and standards. Successfully completes job tasks and other related duties. Interacts and maintains positive and effective working relationships with team members. Safeguards participant confidential information and identifying demographics. May be assigned other duties as appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
- ✓ 18 years or older
- ✓ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- ✓ Reliable transportation to work
Qualifications
- ✓ Certified Nurse Assistant Certification in Missouri
- ✓ High school diploma
- ✓ One year experience required, two years' experience preferred
- ✓ Excellent communication skills to interact with participants and staff
- ✓ Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule to meet productivity standards
- ✓ Basic computer knowledge and skills
- ✓ Pass a background test required
Participant Support Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- ✓ Provide direct assistance and support to participants while at the center
- ✓ Assist with meal set up and clean up
- ✓ Provide care services and ambulation for participants
Minimum Requirements
- ✓ Six months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
- ✓ 18 years or older
- ✓ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- ✓ Reliable transportation to work
